It's a grant not a loan ... you don't pay back grants .

you are most likely to get put on academic probation and are going to have to raise your gpa to a certain grade, depending on your school. they will determine how much you need to raise your gpa. if you raise your gpa, your school financial aid office might let you keep it. however, you don't have to pay it back.  you can only get it taken away for the following years if you don't improve. go talk to an academic advisor within your degree and the financial aid office.

yep, and it may take them awhile to catch up with you, but they will...nah i'm jky, scholarships and loans you must pay back if you fail, grants are given, but remember you used that money and failed that another person may have needed, and they might just make you prove yourself worthy with grades and gpa before they give you another.
