If I report a fraud would the person find out it was me that did it?

Question

My neighbor had breast cancer and they removed her left breast. then she started kimo and now she claims that she has numbness in her hands and feet and she not able to work but she drives,mows grass,pulls on a 140 pound dog plus more. So how is she disabled. She hated the job she had and she did not want to return which she didn't. I think she is faking it and the doctors are being lied to.
