If I restore my computer all my music will be gone. Can I upload music from my ipod to my computer?

If you are talking about system restore, no you wont loose any files including music, it only reverts back the software installations ,

To move your files from your i pod to your computer : After connecting your i pod to the computer go to Your My computer window, you could see your i pod listed as a hard drive along with your other Hard drive(s). if you go inside that drive(i pod) you can see your music files inside folders, but only issue is that it wont be well arranged ie: it wouldn't have the file names that you gave your files.let me know how it goes..
