If I ride in a 15" Western saddle, what size English saddle should I ride in?

If I ride in a 15" Western saddle, what size English saddle should I ride in?

Traditionally Western saddles are 2"smaller so I would suggest a 17" english. Best bet is to try it out just to be certain. Like a new pair of jeans, the fit is more important than what the tag says.

I am not for sure but I can at least tell 16" to 17" in English is a pretty average size depending on style of saddle and your size. I f you have a place where you can sit on an english saddle you should be able to place 4 fingers behind your bum. Hope that helps a little.
