The moon has a very thin atmosphere, composed mostly of neon, helium, and hydrogen.  

So, your snakes might get off one hiss as their dying breath left them, but I think that would be about it.

they would probably get into a hissing fight with the local Lunar Snakes, and them they would die, because they would not be used to the atmosphere.

If you are asking can sound travel on the moon....... then yes, but the atmosphere is so thin I would doubt that human ears would pick up any sounds.

As the Moon has no atmosphere and therefore no way of transmitting sound (except through the surface) not only wouldn't you hear the snakes but they would suffer a quite horrific death. Without any atmosphere, and therefore no atmospheric pressure, the snakes would begin to suffocate but before that occurred their cells would simply explode.
