my hair texture changed when I shaved my head, i hair was really straight before and when it grew back it was curly. i think it depends a lot on your ethnicity.

Yes.  In general what happens is that you will get ingrown hairs.

These hairs curl up under the surface of the skin and when they bust, out or are helped out with the aid of something sharp, they are frizzy.

Your hair will eventually settle gown, but you'll be a fuzz ball in the mean time.
