If I ship a package at a shipping store (like Post Net) does the price will be same if I ship at post office?

I'm planning to ship a package to Japan by USPS.

There is a shipping store (Post Net) nere my house. This store ships USPS package.

Does the price will be same compared to ship at post offfice?

  1. No, the USPS price is usually much lower.


  2. Don't "go postal" on me.  I would just like to throw in my "two points worth".

    1st:  Why do we ship by car, and cargo by ship?

    2nd:  If the two big shipping companies, Fed-ex and UPS merge, their name should be "FED-UP".

    I'm in Canada.  We don't have USPS here!  

    I know nothing about sending  a package to Japan by USPS...all we have is Canada Post, and I bet they charge more.
