Cuz singing uses ur diaphragm and so does running.

  1. No that doesn't help if you want to help your stamina you should run distance like take long runs that helps becuase your legs will get used to it.


  2. No, it barely uses you diaphram much more than just breathing. Running uses the combination of your HEART and LUNGS, to properly be able to fuel muscles with oxygen and nurtiens while removing CO2 and wastes, singing will at most maybe increase lung capacity but not in a realistic desireable amount to really improve your running or physical stamina.
