If I spar heavilly for 15 minutes every three days, and exercise a bit more at night will I get in shape?

I've started a bit of a boxing club at lunchtime at work, during the nights I go for a lot of walks and play a bit of light hockey and football.

  1. Those are good fitness activities, but some sort of resistance training would also be good.
