If I spend this summer in Gran Canaria (Spain), will I be able to hire transport (Moped)???

you can get one easy , they are everywhere , probably buy one cheap for the summer

dont forget to go skydiving when you'r there , & get a ferry to t'reef & get wasted

In Gran Canaria you have "guaguas" that bring you anywhere in the city and outside. Also other buses.

There's absolutely no problem with transportation to anywhere in the island.

Yes you will providing you have an EC licence. Obviously the younger you are the more expensive because of the insurance, but you should have no problem with a clean licence, enjoy your holiday.
