  1. Pretty much, but gradually add more weight so you dont hurt yourself and do a little bit almost every day and youll see some results

  2. you need some protein like meat or tuna, and make sure its clean meat that's trim.and calories to balance out what you burn.

  3. yea thats how it works. lifting weights = muscle

  4. It will take you some time, add a push up routine to the dumb bells.  Here are some bicep exercises for you.

  5. build strength before you build muscle

lighter weights and slowly go up

then start with the lighter weights again the next day

dont max out every day (once a week or every other day)

skip a day if muscles are sore

DRINK PLENTY OF WATER and eat properly

    or you might cause damage

when i was in high school i did sit ups and all the regular warmups

    but no abs

then one year later i started doing sits ups at the gym once or twice a week for no more than half an hour a day

and in a few weeks they just apeared

for biceps and triceps try some boxing gloves they are slightly heavy and will make a fun exercise on a punching bag

  6. You really should not work the same muscle groups on consecutive days.  Allow at least a day in between, and try to vary your exercises to include equal amounts for opposing muscle groups (biceps and triceps, quads and hamstrings, etc).  Three sets of 8-12 reps should get you started, though you should ease into it or you'll be unbelievably sore.

    Good luck!

  7. Yes you will build muscle however it's best not to do it everyday otherwise your muscles will not have the chance to grow. I suggest that you weight train for no more than an hour 4 times a week (preferably Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday) for a split body routine. Upper body Monday and Thursday, lower body Tuesday and Friday. Focus on a few compound exercises to get the best results. Intensity of the exercises is far more important than how many exercises you do.

Your muscles will eventually grow once you train hard and get plenty of rest (8 hours) and eat a well balanced diet (4-6 smaller meals throughout the day) with plenty of water.

  8. yea but not everyday one in two day will get your muscle bigger and faster than everyday

also try do some push-up sit-up and jogging to keep your core going

  9. Yes, you will but not everyday.  I would say ever other day, your muscles need time to relax.
