  1. yes.  despite common belief, push ups do not focus on the arm muscle, but rather the pectoral muscles in your chest.  it's normal!  no worries :)


  2. Yes, it is very normal. You are pushing muscles that you have not pushed for a while.

  3. yes very normal. Your chest will be d**n sore and , depending on how hard you worked them out, can be sore for up to a week or two!, but dont be afraid of the soreness, the soreness is GREAT this is your muscles telling you that "d**n you broke our fibers and now we are going to heal up to be bigger and stronger and have new fibers"
