  1. i would suggest you still should study

  2. Once you are finished college you will have a fair chance.

I say you have a fair chance at employment because there are always menial jobs that n need doing and so there will be work.

If you want a good job with prospects that will support a good lifestyle then you have to go on to higher education. I have quoted this example before - Cab drivers have been forced to take a college course in order to continue driving. If they don't do the course there will be any number of university graduates who can't find work who would do Cab driving for a living.

In time even Tesco's will be taking graduates to man the tills as more and more people go to university. One day will be over-skilled as a nation. This means that if I am right in order to have any prospects you need to do as much as the rest of the herd does. If you want to be a top employee you would need a MA or a PhD in a world where nearly everyone has an undergrad. degree.

  3. What do you mean if you stop studying AFTER college can you get a good job?  People aren't supposed to study after college.  I mean, you'll always be learning and figuring out new things once you start working but that kind of studying is different from academic studying.

Look, the best thing you can do in college is keep your GPA high.  When I say high, I mean 3.0 at least.  This is b/c 1) you can never know what jobs will require what GPA and 2) if your plans for the media industry don't pan out, you want to make sure you have a high enough GPA to get into other industries, say business.  Many reputable business/office jobs won't even look at candidates w/ a GPA below 3.0.  So all those Cs you got going on there?  Nu uh, get em up.  Try and make at least Bs and ocassionally As.
