If I study in a university for double major, will I receive 2 certificates?

You need to have a minor for each major. If you have enough credits to meet that criteria, then yes, you will receive two degrees.

If you are pursuing dual degrees, you will get two certificates.  If you are pursuing two majors and one degree, you will get one certificate.

For example, say you are studying Chemistry and Sculpture.  You will receive a B.S. in Chem and a B.F.A. in Sculpture.  However, if you are pursuing, say, Chemistry and Physics, you will receive a B.S. in Chemistry and Physics.  As another example, I am studying a science and a liberal art, so I will complete a B.S. and a B.A.

You receive 2 certificates only if you studied a double degree. You then graduate with 2 degrees and hence 2 certificates.
