If I study in the Philippines to be a doctor, will it be credited in the US?

I'm looking to go for medicine here in one of the Universities in Manila but I'm sure if it will be credited in the US and if I can just study for the board and make up whatever credits needed in California.

Hi,

If u do MBBS from anywhere in the world,u have to give the licence exam topractice in the country of your choice.So u would need to give USMLE(United States Medical Licencing Exam)this would take 1.5 years of prepration,with 2 theory semesters and one practicle base.

But In other way if u r willing to transfer your credit to any American university,U have to gain highest marks in your previous semesters.than apply for further and gain a very reputated degree from reputated university...
