  1. Yes, you are. Knowingly (and sometimes unknowingly) allowing someone to use on your property is also a crime.

  2. Under the law of parties, you could be held liable plus face criminal charges yourself under conspiracy.

  3. If the cops find out that you knew about his drugs, and you allowed him to live in your apartment and you didn't report his illegal behavior, then you will be charged as an accomplice

  4. Unless they believe that you had no knowledge of it, yes you're liable.

  5. Not only will you lose the apartment, but you will lose everything in it.  See, here's the interesting thing.  Everything can be said to have been paid with drug money which means it can be confiscated.  Either move, have him stop selling drugs and get a real job, or you're going to lose everything.

  6. No, when you sublease your apartment, that requires a legal contract between your landlord and him. You don't live there, so just play stupid and you won't get caught. no big.

  7. Dude come on...don't post questions on yahoo answers about it. They have to prove you knew about it but all they have to do is suspect to make your life difficult. How do you know your roommate wont roll over on you.? Huh?

Anyway...just make sure you create plausible deniability...if you don't know what that is google it.
