If I supply a recycling plant with old magazines...?

Can they transform it into recycled paper reams for me? Would I have to pay a nominal fee?

  1. Yes, old mazines can be recycled.

    But if you take them to a recycling facility, they will be mixed with tons and tons of other other paper.  They will be de-inked and made into paper pulp again.  The wood fibers from *your* magazines will probably end up in a corrugated box or some newsprint.  The factory cannot segregate your material and deliver the exact same wood fibers back to you in the form of recycled paper.
