If I take AP Stat and ace it, will I be able to win the lottery and beat blackjack?

No, but you'll understand both games better, and set yourself up for many different high-paying career opportunities.

Blackjack is beatable, don't need to be a stats ace to do it, just read the better authors (Arnold Snyder, Mason Malmuth, etc) and follow their advice with discipline and hard work.

Lottery is almost always a losing proposition (except in theory in rare high-jackpot situations, but even then....).  Stay away from it except in small doses for occasional amusement.
