If I take the ACT in september.. do I have time to apply EARLY to UIUC?

I want to submit my september score if I can get a higher score... so I was wondering if I have time... do they report the score to UIUC right after they get the results or do i have to wait and submit it in late?

You need to submit your scores, but you won't see your score before UIUC. UIUC will see them before you. But you should recieve what you got on the practice tests.
