If I text on my cell phone will it show up on the phone bill?

I just got a cell phone and I am going into high school. My parents said that I cannot give my number to anyone, not even my friends. So even if I called or my friends called it would come up on the bill so I really can't call anyone. My parents got an unlimited plan for texting pictures, video, tv, music store, etc. I have a sprint Rumor phone (the ones that slide open from the side). Since I have unlimited texting, I can only text if I can give my friends my number which I can't do. If I text them or they text me will it show up on the phone bill? Like the number, when I texted, and the message I wrote. Will it show up on the bill? Please Help!!!

plus its illegal for a phone company to show what #'s were texed on a phone bill, its an invasion of privacy, and thats against the constitution
