If I throw up a few minutes after/during my drinking will I still get drunk?

I mean I just threw up any alcohol that was in my stomach but is it already in my blood or wahtever?

yes it will still be in your blood and although you may feel like you're ok and ready to drink again. its actually very wrong to do so because you'll just get drunk again just as easily and probably throw up again. but yes its still in your blood

Any alcohol which was already absorbed will still be there, it's only the unabsorbed alcohol which you threw up.

If you threw up a few minutes into your drinking, there was hardly anything absorbed and you wouldn't get drunk.  Basically, 20 minutes after you throw up is as drunk as you'll get. (It takes about 20 minutes to absorb alcohol and feel the effect from it)

Well thowing up wile drinking is a sign of to much alcohol in your body , it's the first stage of alcohol poisoning .. So  it's your body telling you STOP DRINKING ,

and yes you'll still be Drunk because it's in your blood .. in fact there's so much alcohol in your blood , your body cant handle anymore ....

Depends on how soon after you ingested the alcohol. It takes about 20 minutes after drinking for it to hit you. So anything you had sooner to 20 minutes prior will already be in your system.
