Ever since they discontinued Coke Blak (they only have it overseas now), I've really been jonesing for one.  First time I tried it, it was odd and strange--carbonated coffee?!--but I became addicted to it.  It would be nice to get something close to that.

The instructables website shows how to carbonate lots of different things - including fruit, using many different methods.
