  1. If you mean time referenced on the clock then no, by traveling East. If your direction was West you would arrive before you left on the clock. Look into the world clock and then look at departure and arrival times of long flight schedules for comparison.

  3. No, going back in time is impossible.

  4. It all depends on whether or not you have the optional flux capacitor installed on the SR71. Then all you would need is some plutonium to generate necessary the 1.21 GW (note that's jig-a-watts, not gig-a-watts) of energy.  

  5. The SR-71 is fast, but it is not that fast. The only thing that would change is the day when you cross the International date line.
