If I try to straighten with a flat iron my hair will it damage it more?

this evil lady at the hair salon bleached my hair after i told her i only wanted highlights!! and now my hair is dry frizzy and ugly looking!!! i just died it yesterday with a semi brown permanent color and its still ugly and dry and straw like. the only way for it to look better is if i straighten it.... but since my hair is already damaged will the straightening hurt it more?? will my hair fall out??? school starts in 4 days and i cant go looking like that.

yes it will because hair straightners put a lot of heat on ur hair. u can try using restorive shampoo and conditoners

well I think that if you dont straighten your hair every day it wont damage as much.Maybe the most of 3 or 4 times a week. I would try a shampoo like Pantene Always Smooth and the rest of the collection. It moisturizes your hair so you will have smooth, soft, easy to manage hair. straightening your hair will not damage it... if you use a good straightener. just make sure that it has ceramic on it so it doesnt  hurt it.

I recommend using shampoo that moisturizes your hair so that your hair will be softer. Using more conditioner than shampoo will help too.

And one more thing, you should leave the conditoner in your hair for a while (about 5 min.) and then wash it out with cold water (as cold as you can stand but not freezing)
