It is taking up a lot of space and I wanted to uninstall it off my computer to relieve the space. I don't want my work to be deleted though.

  1. Everything will be erased. I suggest you back up the downloaded files. But yes... All progress will go away.

  2. it will be erased, but if you go in and copy the information to another sorce, i sugest a disk or even better an external or internal hard drive. then when you reload it to where ever you can transfer the information that has downloads, progress and the rest into the new ea games folder that will be created.

  3. Yeah everything will be erased. If you want to save them, go to my documents, EA Games, and click on The sims 2, and copy the files. Next time you install it again, just remove the the sims 2 file and replace it.
