If I use 2 hour of computer everyday for 1 year?

Let's say my vision is - 2. What will it be in 1 year.

I just really wanna know how much time on computer will make vision worse by how much..... desperate ....~

Because I ' have' to prevent my vision from getting any worse. Until I can get Lasik . ( I'm 17. so one year until 18)

My eyes are -3.5. The optomotrist said that they wont change much anymore as im 17 as well, and puberty changes your eyes. Just get dont forget to have a break every 20mins and focus on a point 10m away for a while.

If you don't want your vision to get worse, then give your eyes a break every 30 minutes by looking at a distant object when you are at a computer. Also if you have glasses to help you see distant objects clearly eg blackboard, watching TV, then DON'T USE them for any near work eg computer, reading as it is said it can make your eyesight worse- this is because the power is too strong for the eyes causing them to strain more and get weaker.

Since you are getting older, your vision should be stabilizing more and will probably change less in the next year than it did in the year before.  Using the computer will not make your vision worse.
