If I use a card for example Raigeki to destroy my opponents monsters and some are facedown are they flipped?

This is a question about Yugioh card game! I am asking if I use a cards effect like Raigeki to destroy my opponents monster cards on the field and some are facedown are the ones that are facedown flipped? I mean do their "flip effects" work? Please only answer if you are certain that it is right! Thanx

They are not flipped. Raigeki and darkhole are banned unless you are playing traditional format.

raigeki and dark hole are banned because they make a dule to easy any way no not un less the card says so

if you use torintal tribute to distory all monster cards, even if they have a flip efffect and its face down it is still destoryed, no effects.

Raigeki destroys all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. It does not say 'Flip them face up then destroy them,' so their flip effects will not activate. They are destroyed while face down.

Raigeki is banned unless you are just playing for fun or are playing by the Traditional rules, in which case, it isn't banned.  To answer your question, all your opponents monsters will be destroyed and none of the monsters get flipped.  Soooooooooo.........that means that any flip effect monsters effects don't get activated.
