  1. No, because you already paid for the phone care but you have to keep track of your minutes so you don't get cut off in the middle of a sentence. IF you use a computer, you can download skype.com and be able to call anywhere in the world free if the person you are calling also has skype. Also, both of you can get a webcam and see each other. If the other person doesn't have skype, you can pay $30 a year and call anyone anywhere and it won't cost you any more money and you can talk as long as you want - IT'S FANTASTIC. HINT: you have to have a digital microphone to talk into which plugs into your tower. The other person's voice comes out of your speakers.  good luck!
