It kinda makes one want to stomp one's foot, march over to an idiot and poke them in the forehead (or, at least, shake 'em up a bit!) I could have sworn this forum was about racing...

It sounds like you're describing the uncensored cesspool known as indycar.com Talkback.  This site has too few questions about Danica to really make a fair determination.

She is sort of the face of the IRL now.  I just wish that other drivers got recognized more.  I guess she is bringing in more fans, and that's great, but I just wish that the popularity between drivers were more equalized.

No, I won't start ranting. I respect her as I do every driver. Do I like some of her behaviour?  No, but I have the same respect for Danica Patrick as I do for any racing driver in any racing discipline.

not ranting she is pretty so they might talk about her but she's not a great racer its her team and top of the line equipment that got her to where she's at

oh and as far as racing is concerned, I have no problem with her...  she takes it seriously...  so does tony stewart... and many other drivers, it's their profession, I get it.
