If I visit Rome in the mid of January what I will find to the shops?

Will be there a discount period? Would the new season (Spring-Summer) clothes be on stores?

Hi. from Jan. 10 or so( each year the beginning date changes) is officially winter sales.

you will mostly find winter clothing. some stores may have some summer things but in a small amounts

hi... sale  period will be just begun and in the most famous shops (gucci, fendi, dolce e gabbana) there will be a long queu to get into it...new season clothes won't be on dispaly at least untill the first weeks of february, but they may have some catalogues...
