If I want to find seller-financed single family prop. in Tarboro, NC, how do I do it?

I have looked at so many options. I have had past success with owner-financed homes when I stumbeld onto them. Who or what would be the best entity for me to connect with? I am at a loss as these are not advertised as much as regular realestate. Any advice would help in my research. Thanks.

probably the best place to watch is the public bulliten boards at the local super markets, also if there are local papers for that area. The seller looses advantages if they go public so they have to stay local i.e. local boards.pp
