I have one flight from hamburg to milan and I will arrive to milan at 23:50, but my hotel is in verona!

I did not know that Bergamo, 50 kilometers distance is considered to count to milan.

However this Ryanair flight starts at Luebeck Airport, just beeing 75 kilometers away from Hamburg.

The latest train from Milan to Verona leaves at 00:25. There is no way to catch this train if you arrive in any of the 3 Milan airports at 23:50. The earliest train from Milan to Verona leaves at 6 am the next morning. The earliest train from Bergamo leaves at 5:20 am. You cheapest option is to rent a car and drive. The other choice is a cab which will be VERY expensive. You could always just book a room in Bergamo for one night and go to Verona in the morning.
