  1. If it is an unspecified time frame for the weight loss, then there are many ways to burn calories...

    a) cut your caloric intake by about 5% for the first week (i.e. for 2000 calories a day...minus 5% is1,900 cal./day). Jog twice a day for the first week.Next week cut intake by another 5% (195 less cal.)

    b) Just exercise more ... walk instead of driving.  swim. take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.

  3. u should not look for fast results this should take 4months if u wanna do it right as in 20 weeks u wanna burn 500cals more than u eat a day so if u usally eat 2000cals eat 1700cals and just stay active do cardio for 25mins and itll balance out i recommend weight training too and it's not just calories u need to balance and it GOOD foods not 1700cals of ice cream u want 50% carbs 35% proteins 15% fats yes u need the fats
