What should my mile time be?

Any college.

My sophomore PR is 4:55

I still have two seasons of xc, indoor, and outdoor track left

  1. Any college?

    Well most D3 schools will let anyone run so your time now should be able to get you on there.

    If you want scholarships...thats D2 or D1. I'd say sub 440 could go D2 at most schools. Under 430 would be needed to run D1, but for a scholarship, under 420 or 415.

  3. Get below a 4:30 and you will be looking good for running in college. I ran at a NCAA D2 school and the school record is a 4:18. The 1500 is bigger in college though and for that you will need to be below a 4:10. Our school record in that is a 3:47 and the person that ran that just placed 5th at nationals in outdoor track and he got 2nd at nationals in indoor track. Keep working hard and you will get there.
