If I want to spray water based poly what do i thin it with or do i need to thin it at all?

You said it your self.  Water base poly.  Use water to thin.  And I would not thin it any way.  Thinning it takes away strength and hide ability.  If you have to thin to spray then use floetrol .  Home depot has it and it makes the paint even better.

thin it with water for a water base product, but if u got a good sprayer u shouldn't need to thin it out.....but if u have one of those cheep Wagner's thin it out

you shouldn't have to thin it.  Adjust or change nozzle of your sprayer.  Do a test run on a piece of wood.
