I want to get at least $5.00 for each movie. All movies are in good condition. Some are VHS some are DVD.

  1. Since the pawnshops in my area sell VHS tapes for about $3.00 and DVD's for around $6.00, you'd be lucky to get a buck or two for them.  If you call them, they will tell you how much they will give you.  If you are considering obtaining other DVD's, check out swapadvd.com.  I use Paperbackswap.com, the sister site.

  2. VHS will likely go for around two dollars, DVDs should be good at 5 dollars plus.

  3. You'd be surprised how little you might get for used movies.

In our town they offer $2 for them (and resell them for $10 of course).

You might be better to privately advertise them in small ads.
