If I wanted to start a restaraunt in Toronto, what kind of taxes am i obligated to pay?

i know i am supposed to charge psts and gsts for each sale, but on my end of the business, what type of taxes am i obligated to pay if i watned to start a small family owned restaurant.

Canadian taxes, of course.  I suggest you hire a Canadian accounting service to keep you on track about something that you know nothing about.  It will be money well spent.
