If I wanted to visit Leap Castle in Ireland, could I?

I live in the United States and I have heard a lot about Leap Castle. It is supposedly the most haunted castle in Europe adn I would like to visit it sometime in the next couple years. However, I do not know how to contant the owner, because I'm sure you can't just walk in there and do whatever you want (obviously) Nor do I know how much it would cost. Can anyone help me?
