  1. I hate parent who do this to their child -.-

  2. yeah, actually they can, there is the technology out there...i heard it over the radio about 6 or 7 months ago...what the name of it is?  I dont know, but I think its something they do to your phone.   As far as billing, I dont think so.   Anyway, remember, try not to send things you would be embarrassed for others to see, there have been stories of people sending things to the wrong person...we wouldnt want that!

  3. No, or I hope not. But if they could, I would probably be grounded! ;)

  4. just dont let them get hold of that phone

  5. If they are paying the cell phone bill, then yes. If they are under 18 yes. I don't think that you can get a log of their texts from the phone company, you'd have to look through the phone for that, but you can get a detailed bill from your cell phone provider with the numbers both ingoing and outgoing on that phone.

  6. First of all... if you worried about your parents reading your texts... then you need to stop sending the texts that you are. If theres nothing suspicious, theres no reason for you to get caught! lol

Secondly, if your parents pay for it, then you can bet they can figure it out. If you want to break the privacy barrier and receive ultimate seclusion from your parentals get a job and pay for it yourself.

Last but certainly not least- you could always rely on the fact that your parents don't know much about todays technology. If you know that for sure, then I would say your safe to assume you have a decent amount of privacy.

  7. If I was paying the bill, I would most certainly see what my kid was up to.

    It's called protection and love.

  8. i believe ur parents can only do that with t mobile

  9. As far as I know, the most information they can retrieve about your texts without looking at the phone itself, is just who the conversations were with and when they took place. You should be fine. Just delete your messages often if you're worried about privacy.

  10. I feel for you. I'm very lucky as I have parents who respect my boundries very well!

I'm not sure if you can find out for sure unless you either confront them straight up and ask them if they're reading your texts or you catch them red handed (not the best situation as it usually leads to arguement!). But if they are reading you're texts, you need to explain to them that you need your own space. Everyone deserves and needs privacy. Just make that clear to them. Remember to be straight up with them and truthful. Nothing is worse than attempting to argue for your rights and being caught out for lying while you're doing it!

    Best of Luck!!

    Rayray :)

  11. a lot of parents do that, so they probably could find it.
