In a sense, yes, because you have existed from the beginning, and so there has never been a time that you weren't.  However, in a sense no, because you also exist within the stream of time.  If you are purely spiritual, and do not have a physical existence, would be the only way that could work.  Einstein clarified that without the existence of stuff, matter, and motion, there would be no time.
