  5. No. The prescription is caused by the curvature and variation of thickness of the glasses. It's that curvature and variation in thickness that bends the light going into your eye so it is just the right size hitting your retina.

    Unless you used  some insane solvent that would dissolve glass, you got nothing to worry about.

    Generally it's best not to use dish soap to clean glasses. It might not hurt the prescription, but it might effect the anti-scratch coating or anti-reflection coating
