If I owe more than 50,000 USD in Child support (long story, foreigner married me for green card - I did not find out in time, she taped recorded conversations and convinced court I was not fit to see my children to hurt me more and get more of the division of property).

Anyway I keep trying to bribe her to let me see the kids but she says no. If I go to a country that has extradition treaty with America - would I be extradited? I guess my question is, would they know about my crime? I am using Passport, it is on that?

Just how much do I have to worry? Am I okay unless I break a law in that country or will they know about it as soon as I enter that country?

  1. You had kids.  You have a responsibility to support them.  Stop being a deadbeat and take care of your kids.

Yes, you will be extradited.  That's what the extradition treaty is for...

  2. Instead of bribing her to see the kids, start paying the child support.  You are a pig.  Pay your child support, you made the kids, start helping out with them.

  3. You can not get a passport if you have one it's cancelled If you go to a country you must be able to prove you can support yourself

  4. You seem to have an excuse for everything that you do. Just pay the child support. Find a job. If you have time to spend on this site, then you have time to look for a job.
