Question:

If I were to get a college grant or loan in the US (like from FAFSA) could I use it in another country?

I've submitted a form to FAFSA, and I was told I was eligible for a grant, but I don't want to study or live in the US any longer after I graduate next year. Could I use the grant elsewhere?

  1. FAFSA problem is not banana but coconut is not good I think honey but I have no money.

  2. If the school you choose in your new country is eligible to give federal money to US citizens who attend there, then, yes, you can use your Pell grant there.

You can search for a list of eligible schools at:  http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/FOTWWebApp/FSLoo...

It doesn't matter which school year you choose.  Choose Search, not verify.

In the list of state names, choose, foreign country.

I listed London for city and left the school name blank and got 43 schools in my search.
