If I were to get some beans...?

Question

If I got some soil, heated it so it killed the mirco-organsims and planted some bean seeds in it and waited for a week, would the seeds grow as well as soil that had mirco-organisms still living in it? If not, by how much?

Also things to remember, the experiment will only be carried out for one week.

In the long term, the beans would probably not grow as well since they would not make an association with Rhiziobium. However, for just one week, I doubt that there would be any difference because they'd spend much of the time living on the seeds' food stores.
