I'd suggest Dan Le Noir in Clerkenwell Green, near Farringdon Road in EC1. Food and wine is served in total darkness and you are looked after by blind people who serve the food and escort guests.

If you mean dining wise then definitely the blue elephant Thai restaurant near Fulham BRoadway tube. It has an amazing interior with a stream running through it and loads of plants - very kitsch!

I would have to say The Blue Elephant in Fulham. Quite possibly one of the more surreal dining experiences you will encounter in London.
