Her job back there and would have no income straight away what would happen? would I be allowed there? she's also pregnant with my child and I'm willing to work once I can! But if she doesn't work then how would she be able to sponsor me? we would be living with her parents until we find ourselves a house/apartment - just a few weeks.

  1. I am assuming she is British? In that case you need to apply for a spouse visa from your country of residence. This visa does depend rather on your finances and you need to be able to prove that you won't need recourse to public funds for the duration of the visa and that you have suitable accommodation to live in. If you are really serious about living in England it may be worth while your wife coming over here for 6 months or so to look for a job and a house for you both. Meanwhile you could try and get a job offer from a British company to provide evidence that you will be working when you arrive. Every visa case is different but being strong financially is an important part of the process.

  2. Your wife family`s members willl help. And you`ll meet friends whom might be very helpful. I think in England is more easy to find a job.

  3. Would her parents be willing to sponsor you? There are income guidelines, but as long as they met them and were citizens of that country it is a possibility.
