I am only asking this because I want to know if the pay out for $2 would be the same payout as the $2 superfecta like at the derby that was like 60K.

  1. No.  The payout will probably be less than the payout at the Derby.  The payout is determined by the odds of the individual horses in the superfecta.  Now, if you choose to bet on horses other than Big Brown, the payout could easily become much more than 60k.

Big Brown is such a favorite that on a straight bet for Big Brown to win, you have to put up 5 dollars to win 1 dollar.

My advice, play a superfecta with Big Brown winning.  Then play a long shot superfecta without Big Brown winning.  Superfectas are like winning the lottery, which is why most people don't invest a lot of money in it.
