They say American Spirits cigarettes are 100% natural. How harmful are they to my health? I want something that is legal to smoke in public, but I don't really want to hurt my lungs by smoking a cigarette. If I make any kind of sense, help me out!

  1. None will be harmful if you use it once. If you're talking repeated use, the cigarette or cigar would be least harmful, followed by the pot. The fact that cigarettes are 100% natural means little -- it's the tobacco that's harmful to your health.

  2. All of them are harmful, but a cigar would probably be the least harmful because you don't inhale it. I would smoke a cigar because it is still very relaxing. I would suggest smoking a Thompson Exclusive for your first cigar because they are pretty light or an Arturo Fuente, or a Punch. Cigars are more classy then a cigarette anyways.

  3. all of it is going to hurt you the will all give you lung cancer if your family has a history of getting cancer you shall only smoke a cigarette in public

  4. Nothing is safe to smoke.  100% natural doesn't mean that it's safe.  You'll inhale just as many carcinogens with those as with anything else that you smoke.

  5. Cigar, Cigarette, Joint

In that order. However, if you inhale your cigars, as some do (some like me), you will inhale quite a bit more smoke, and so it's a lot more harmful. This is why I do not smoke anything anymore. I can't help but inhale. I am not Bill Clinton.
