Your question makes no sense.  If you're worried about your swimsuit rotting from overuse, or something, it won't.  If you're worried about germs, I'd wear two; wear A, wash B, wear B, wash A, etc.  Pools may have chlorine, but that doesn't make them havens of sanitation.

you can definitley wear the same one and then just wash it after a week. it will be fine. people on the swim team do it all the time. but if you have more than one bathing suit you might want to change it up since i notice most people who come to swim lessons at my pool seem to alternate which ones they wear. it's up to you whether you want to or not.

it's fine to wear the same one though if that's all you have.
