A ceditor brought an action to collect a debt in Arbitration. I opposed it, with supporting documents, and the case was dismissed. I win. Can the creditor sue me now in regular court or is that it?

  1. I would think that should be it, however you may want to seek a legal opinion so you know exactly where you stand.

  2. That's it.

Take the judgment to the cops and tell them that the Creditor is harassing you illegally.

    Prefer charges.

    They'll apologize and run away.

  3. They will likely sue you in regular court.

Arbitration was supposed to protect them and this didn't work out to their satisfaction.

Check your fine print and see if arbitration is binding and final.  If it is, that is your defense against further proceedings.

    Good luck.
